Super-heated water spray terminal sterilization is an efficient method for achieving sterility with the highest assurance of the end product in sealed pharmaceutical containers.

The product is introduced into the sterilizer chamber on appropriate carriages and trays. The chamber bottom is filled with purified water which contains low bio-burden. This water is circulated In a closed loop, utilizing high-quality centrifugal pump. The water passes through an external heat exchanger to reach appropriate sterilization temperature before it is sprayed through perforated distribution plate from the top of the chamber in a cascade form. The elevated flow rate ensures the even temperature throughout the chamber during the sterilization phase. The water reaches the sterilization temperature in quick time.
